I have been trying to register on the Smart Ex site and have tried cards from both Visa and Mastercard and neither works. I called my credit card company and they confirm that they have 3D Secure. I am not sure what else I can do. I have been trying to use my Mastercard credit card instead, and the site will not accept it. The site accepts a debit card of the same bank, but I want to use the credit card as it has no international transaction fees. My partner and I have tried to load multiple type of credit card to the Smart Ex. NONE have been accepted. This includes about 6 different MC and Visa cards. Why does it not accept them?
